Child & teen counselling

Growing up can be tough, and sometimes it can be hard for children and teens to find the words for what they’re feeling.

I offer a space where young people can feel heard, understood, and accepted as they are. Through talk, play, and creative approaches, I help children and teens build emotional awareness, make sense of experiences, and feel more confident in themselves and relationships.

I specialize in supporting children and teens with ADHD, helping them better understand how their brains work, build on their strengths, and develop tools that fit who they are.

When helpful, parents or caregivers are included in this process to strengthen connection and support growth at home.

Individual adult counselling

Life can bring challenges that leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next.

I offer a non-judgmental space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and feel more connected to yourself and the people around you. Together, we can explore patterns, emotions, relationships, and experiences with curiosity and compassion, while building understanding and practical tools for moving forward.

Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, working through past experiences, or wanting to better understand yourself, counselling can offer a place to feel heard and supported.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN STARTING COUNSELLING

1: 15-MINUTE PHONE CALL CONSULTATION

Optional! A free 15-minute phone call to connect, ask questions, and see if I’m the right fit for you or your child before getting started.

2: A PERSONALIZED INTAKE

We’ll take time to understand what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. This helps us build a plan together that is both valuable and practical.

3: SUPPORT THAT GROWS WITH YOU

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and it changes with you! Our plan may shift as you gain insight, build skills, and move toward your goals, ensuring our work continues to be helpful and relevant to where you are.
